We’re asked this a lot! We currently offer five different treadmills:
Kat Walk C – this is a great option for personal use. Ideally suited for a home set up with 1 or 2 consistent users. You do need to wear sensor shoes whilst using this treadmill but don’t worry, we include one pair for free when you place an order.
Kat Walk C2 – this is the second generation personal use treadmill with across the board improvements, most notably improved ergonomics meaning more physical freedom in game. Available for pre-order.
Kat Walk C2 + – the latest treadmill from KatVR, this model includes all the add-ons of the C 2 but with additional built in haptics and seat. With 4 different vehicle simulations and controller vibration integration, the immersion is going to be incredible!

Kat Walk Mini – designed for commercial use, this treadmill is intended for use by multiple users. It does not require the use of sensor shoes and is height adjustable. This treadmill has inbuilt contactless sensor technology, meaning it’s plug and play! This product comes with a license for commercial use.
Kat Walk Mini S – with powerful haptic enhanced immersion and a new harness which allows a greater range of motion, the Mini S is the new generation VR treadmill for business. This product comes with a license for commercial use.

Yes, the Mini and Mini S can be used commercially. Unfortunately the Kat Walk C, C2 and C2+ are not designed for multiple users and do not come with a commercial license.

In mainland UK we aim to deliver within 14 days, as long as the product is in stock and your payment has been processed.

You have 14 days (from delivery) to notify us of your intention to return the product, you then have a further 14 days to return it to us. Please note you will have to organise and pay for return delivery to our VR centre in London.

Our priority remains the safety of our customers and employees. We follow all instructions and regulations of the local authorities and have a number of Safety Measures in place in line with current government guidelines.
We sanitise all equipment after each session and provide hand sanitiser and eye-masks for the VR glasses. It is no longer a requirement to wear a face covering, but we still have them available for all customers.

Whilst KatVR treadmills are distributed in other countries, the product prices are country specific based on a number of factors such as that country’s tax/VAT costs, exchange rates and also the international freight costs of haulage for an 80kg unit from China.
Our prices are set with KatVR, and we regularly review them.
